What is Med4Tech?
About the program
Med4Tech by 8400 is a clinical exposure program for top tech talent from both local and global companies.
The program targets tech experts (e.g. Hi-Tech software and hardware engineers, data scientists, and product managers) in key positions at HealthTech and High-Tech companies, who are focused on expanding their basic knowledge and understanding of the clinical world in order to enhance their industry knowledge.
Starting in October 2023, Med4Tech will hold its third hands-on clinical and medical training program.
The 6-month program will include weekly evening online sessions as well as a full day in-person practicum every 3 weeks that relates to the module topic. Training sessions will take place in leading medical centers across the country.
The program will provide participants with the fundamentals of clinical medicine, regulatory challenges, clinical documentation and more. Moreover, participants will take part in unique on-site practical sessions in clinical environments and obtain first-hand experience of the daily routines and real-life challenges of healthcare providers.
The sessions will be led by senior clinicians from a wide range of healthcare organizations.
